Situation

• Rapid Mobilisation: The team assessed the site and engineered a custom scaffold configuration for both dwellings using K-Stage systems.
• Custom Scaffold Design: Platforms ranged from standard widths to 700mm hop-ups, complete with 3-board and 2-board step-ups for higher roof lines.
• Integrated Access Zones: Installed 2.4m x 0.7m ladders and clip-off sections for seamless worker movement and safe access at multiple elevations.
