The Alltrade team designed and installed a K‑Stage modular scaffold system tailored for height and site geometry, using platform configurations with consistent in/out access allowances. With the structure spanning multiple bays and staged installation zones, the scaffold was erected quickly, safely, and in full compliance with AS/NZS 1576 standards.

Situation

The project at 800 Princes Hwy Springvale involved replacing the building’s full-length guttering system. This required continuous scaffold access along the façade’s upper edge, approximately 60+ linear metres of scaffold coverage, staged in two segments. The building’s position along a main road demanded a safe, compact, and easily accessible scaffold configuration for trades completing works at height.

• Staged Install to allow access for gutter crews to begin as soon as Section 1 was complete
